THE REVIVAL OF YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF
Map out your vision to do your greatest work, at work, NOW!
Chicago, October 10–11, 2024
Are You Feeling Frustrated and Silenced at Your Workplace?
You’re Not Alone…
A recent McKinsey study surveyed a staggering 27,000 employees and 270 senior HR leaders, and the results are clear:
The “Great Breakup” trend continues for managers/directors, decreasing the chance for women to make it to the executive level — despite 80% of women wanting to be promoted.
Women, and especially women of color, continue to remain underrepresented across the corporate pipeline. This is especially apparent when you look at senior leadership.
38% of mothers with young children say that without workplace flexibility, they would have to leave their company or reduce their work hours. Women need workplace flexibility to thrive.
Women who experience microaggressions struggle to feel psychologically safe and are more likely to mute their voices and silently battle depression and anxiety.
The majority of women still feel that the workplace doesn’t support their ability to do their greatest work, at work, with passion and commitment. So instead, they wallow in silence and just coast day-to-day.
But the reality is…
Many women haven’t taken time to examine their lives — to even know what they want for their career, or their life.
This puts them at a disadvantage, because they cannot speak up for themselves with a deep sense of self-acceptance, worth, confidence, and clarity.
They don’t realize that there are other aspects of speaking up at work and in our communities to have a power behind our voices.
So how do you get that power to be that person and advocate for your joy, your well-being, and your paycheck?
You get clear on what you really want, and then you map out that vision into tangible steps to getting there.
This is exactly why I created the All Rise Live Global Summit, Sis…
To bring your vision for yourself, your family, and your work into reality.
The All Rise Live Global Summit is for you if…
Sis, I want you to hear…
If you’re willing to KNOW THYSELF, you’ll be able to do your greatest work. You will be able to heal the deepest part of you, to clearly know where the REAL threats are, and dismiss those that have been based on a reality that you’ve taken in for years which is not your truth.
And it’s important to do your greatest work, at work, NOW, so that you can live with more peace, freedom, and joy and be an example to others. This energetic tide lifts all ships!
Now let me be clear about something…
The All Rise Live Global Summit is not for you if…

Powerful Words from Our 2023 Inaugural Summit Attendees
Rhonda Sewell, Director of Advocacy and External Affairs
The women came into the conference a little timid, but they left strong. We have a workbook to help us when we feel like shrinking. We were taught that we need to be our most authentic selves, and speak truth to power in our own lives, so we can go into the world and help others.
Haylie Robinson, Producer and Content Creator
I’ve been unlocking parts of myself that have allowed me to be more available. I feel the summit created a space where everyone is equal, and where they have a space to speak and be authentically themselves.
Amy Haschak, National Program Director
This is like no other conference I’ve ever been to. It’s been amazing. It’s all about your authentic self — not achieving some sort of goal, or some sort of checklist. It’s really getting to the heart of humanity. If you don’t have that, and you don’t figure that out, you are never going to be successful.
Jessica Williams, Quality Control Leader
I felt like I was not alone… of often being in survival mode at work, being under-appreciated, and feeling like you don’t belong. The All Rise Live Global Summit made me feel like a weight has been lifted off of me, and that I can move forward. It is worth everything to make it here.
Kelly Latz, Realtor
The best part of this summit is being with like-minded women who really embrace one another, and help one another rise. When you are in this kind of energy, and spirit, it inspires you to go out into the world and help others. I will start with my children, and share all that I learned.
Kathryn Phillips, University Professor and Business Owner
This is such an amazing experience. I’ve never really been to a conference when you hear a speaker, and then do the table talk. It’s exciting to be around like-minded women who are passionate about who they are, what they want to do with life, and holding one another accountable. What we learned here at All Rise Live you don’t get from a typical conference.
